Shipping Policy
Effective Date: April 4, 2026
This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed on https://hodlersofficial.com, operated by 17807821 CANADA INC. (operating as Hodlers Official, “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). During peak periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. We will notify you by email if there is any significant delay.
2. Shipping Destinations and Free Shipping
- Free Shipping to Canada and the United States on all orders over $100 CAD (or equivalent in USD at checkout).
- Standard paid shipping rates apply to orders under $100 and to all other international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
- We ship worldwide except to the following restricted countries/regions (subject to change): Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Cambodia, Central African Republic, Cuba, Democratic Republic of Congo, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Libya, Mali, Myanmar, Nicaragua, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe, and certain regions such as Guadeloupe, Martinique, Réunion, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre and Miquelon, Northern Marianas Islands, Oaxaca Region of Mexico, Gauteng Province of South Africa, and the Cayman Islands.
We reserve the right to add or remove restricted destinations at any time.
3. Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed:
- Canada & USA: 3–10 business days after shipment (depending on location and carrier).
- International: 7–21 business days after shipment (plus additional time for customs clearance).
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, border authorities, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
4. Bitcoin Payments
Bitcoin payments do not affect shipping times or methods. The 10% BTC-back reward is issued after order confirmation and is independent of shipping. You are responsible for any network or wallet-related issues.
5. Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees
For international orders (outside Canada), you are fully responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges imposed by your country. These are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid directly to your local authorities. We do not collect or remit these fees on your behalf.
6. Risk of Loss and Tracking
Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon shipment. We provide tracking information via email once your order ships. Please contact your carrier for delivery issues.
We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they leave our facility. For damaged shipments, contact us within 7 days of receipt.
7. Changes and Cancellations
We may cancel or modify orders due to inventory issues, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. If we cancel a prepaid order, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method (subject to our Refund Policy for Bitcoin payments).
